Powered up my tvOnline plus and it pulls up everything(guide, etc) except the picture.
Are we still in the maintenance mode? Hopefully yes, if so I will wait.

Well im on rocket using a mag 254 and ch are all working for me.
Have you all tried rebooting your modem and routers?
Have you all put your user and pass in the box in credentials?

Yes, donation # has been in the username and pw field since the announcement was first made. Box connects to server fine, guide data is loading fine, but absolutely no channels will play when selected.

Same here, all channels work great!I am also on Rocket and MAG-254, I am using Rev.9.

Same exact deal on mine too. it appears to be working with mag units... hummm. I remember yesterday people were having log-in problems with their mags.
Hoping they didn't fix one problem and create another with the Avov boxes.

About 90% of channels seem to be working fine for me, but this is on Kodi. Not sure why it is down for the majority using an IPTV box.

You are suppose to use donation # in both fields...username and password.

I unplugged and plugged back before i entered the password.No problems.

Rocket Kodi 15 Stalker Client | 15Mbps working after changing MAC. I know it's advised against by Admin so do at your own risk.

Same here. I have both STB boxes and the MAG is working but the Avov fails to accept the username/password. As a result it fails to load portal.

My Avov loads fine, no problem there. I get the channel list and guide just no picture,channels won't load

I see some mag 254 up and running. it gives me hope. I am still cannot get pass the username/password error. Recheck at least 5X that I am entering correct donation number. No luck. Powered down modem and router. Still same cannot get pass username/password. Rechecked and relink Mac ID. all ok. Powered down mag 254 and power it back up, entered username and password (donation#) still returns error. Left Mag on over night. Check just now and still on username/password error. I am watching TV using Antenna. I am glad for peeps whose IPTV are working. I hope I can figure this out soon. Any help are welcomed. Thanks in advance

there is no trick per say that others are doing that you are not.
It is the server and many adjustments underway that is the cause of this.
