Username and Password Not working

I have a brand new TV Online Plus Box I am doing a first time setup for this box and I put in the username and password and click save and it keeps popping backup asking for the username and password. Please note this is not my first box I have several actually and they are all working fine. Just this one for whatever reason wont take my donation i have tried changing the mac and changing it back. I have tried resetting the box. I tried the reset IPTV option in the Papio site. Does anyone know if there is still issues going on?

You know that they are doing some maintenance .........so you will have to wait........like the rest of us...........

For two days now? Really? If they need a project manager hit me up cause it seems this stuff can go way smoother.

My user and login not working keeps popping back up on my avov any fix ?

Not yet hopefully they get it fixed soon. All my other system are perfect thank gawd I updated them early.
