View Full Version : Not working at all
My sub has been working fine (aside from when I've messed it up myself) ever since I got it, but tonight it's gone down completely. The guide is now emptied for reasons that escape me since I've not touched the settings, and on the "channels" thing, it just gives me "working" then nothing happens.
I'm running stalker client on Kodi 15.2.

Well it no longer IS working... the guide is completely empty and none of the channels are coming on.

Same here, the channels are, the guide is there but when you click on a channel it says working forever...
I wonder if they made any tests before going live with the new security measures... Let's just hope and wait. Hopefully it will be fixed by the weekend
Ah, the all important porn channels are working...

if you have noticed and I am sure most have, that the website checkers are not working correctly and they are adjustments being made. I now see a difference from this morning and from last night.
You wonder if they tested anything, well they been working with this since yesterday. What do you think they did. Turn it on and then go shopping at the mall....
No, they are still working on it all, tests are underway !

Guys, i'm really worried, because my case is different than yours:
I'm trying to change the MAC address but I need to put the order number and the route number. When I do that, there is this message: "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged."
Before that I only needed to inform the route number to change the mac
I renew it monday, And i'm using the route and order numbers that I received when I bought it for the first time to try to change the mac, but keeps showing me the 24-48 hours message, when I renew it I didn't receive anything, but I saw the information that I had the plan renewed for more 30 days when I could change the Mac for the last time.

until things get back to normal, there is not much that anyone can tell you.
Sounds like your new order did not go thru yet, but give it some time , more time, till things get working correctly, then we can address what you are concerned about

I understand.
I believe that it went thru, because before I renew it, I had the information on the "link a mac" link that It was missing 1 day to the service expire, after I renew it, it went back to 30 days.
Anyway, I will wait.

I just started getting the input credentials message, but I always had them in, and every time I enter them the message keeps coming back, any suggestions?

Same to me ..rebooted 3 times and guide is loaded after a long while but none channel works ...i got 3 boxes and same on all of them

I think is terribly unfair that those who bought their donation through resellers ( like me ) and don't have the order number ( because it was never necessary for operation purposes ) now have to loose their donations . I have about 45 active donations that I cannot update the authentication parameters . You guys are trying to monopolize and that's not fair. We are also paying customers and our donations should be honored.
I strongly suggest that we all get together and ask for an alternate solution . One that doesn't involve leaving thousands of people that already paid in advance for service that you are now denying us .
Is easy to break the terms when you've already been paid . But make a note , people by nature don't like to be ripped off . As a consequence you guys are risking a lot of bad reputation, complaints and law enforcement involvement .
The only reason we come to you guys is because we're tired of Big Corporations ripping us off . So stop the Monopoly crap and honor your reseller customers too .

If a reseller is not giving all the info needed to allow you control over your account, then your beef is with the reseller.... Just one mans humble opinion...
Second, this is either Happy Birthday number one for the service if you count the start. If you go by channel count then it won't be a year till around June / July. In my humble opinion not bad over all from what I have seen them play with. Caught a movie in HD once. Recorded a little once. Neither was on for very long but at least I saw what the system can do. So I say if its down then its down. Let them do it right. It'll be back. Have a great day!

But its also funny that on their website they have a link to sell to resellers.
They dont want people to buy from resellers, but they promote the existence of the resellers offering them big discounts... thats a bit hyopcrite.

Hey guys I just turned on my mag 250 that has been working with no problems till now that I put my user name and password it then opened all the channels but the channels are not playing at all that is a fking BS SERVICE let me tell you!

You make no sense. I am a reseller to, and all the information you need is on the dealer panel. Order number and route number. So I am not sure what your rambling about.

Ok so you're a re-seller who both 45 donation from another re-seller and you now you want to blame some one for your bad judgement. Sorry but only in your world that make cents. No one but your re-seller can help you. As for them selling in bulk to re-seller that is ok, I for one bough over 20 with friends and family so we can save money and we have all our info. But if you want to sell and make profits from the service then don't come and demand they fix your bad judgement for you

Bottom line is that I've been early terminated from a service I already paid for .
And just so you know , the mayority of customers don't even know how to change a MAC . They lack the technical knowledge and don't know anything about donations, serials , passwords , etc , but still they paid for their donation . I think is totally unfair to cut off their service as well .

Its up to the end user to do their research and buy from the main site. Saving a few bucks isn't worth the hassle.
Its been stated countless times not to buy from resellers.

Hi Guys im just a tad confused, my 66 service went off several days ago and will not reconnect to server, im using the pvr nfps stalker 0.8.4, mac entered xx:xx:xx, donation number entered. I went to the web site yesterday and i am able to check my route which says running and when i check my mac its says mac good ready to join. I have the same mac entered in the pvr. I am not able to change my mac or link a mac as site is now asking for valid email address and password ( neither of which i have), its my service down due to the problems they are having the server end or am i doing something wrong. Please any help or information would be great. I have had a quick look about and it seems there are people with similar problems so apologise in advance if my question has already been answered.

Its a first time in a very long while, they're doing some maintenance on the system plus they were implementing new security measures but it's coming back on. You did a rite thing to get rid of that costly cable :)

this was a re-newal of your last code, correct ? I remember you may have mentioned that yesterday.
That renewal prolly never reached the server administration yet.

Yes, I renew it monday.
What is odd to me is that before I renew it I could see that I had 1 day, and after I renew it I saw in the "link a mac" option that the service was renewed to more 30 days. I believe it reached the server administration for a moment.
