I have been waiting for to long for my new purchase. Can i somehow contact this company? I would like to cancel my order and reorder from a provider I can reach when i need assistance.

They have not responded to any email I have sent to them. I have sent probably around 15 over the last month

thats quite some time... did you get any confirmation when ordered?.. perhaps an number? did it charge your CC?

Ok so whats your problem then. If you didn't get charged then there is nothing to worry about, send them an email with your order Number for cancelation and your done. if they do go on to charge your CC then you can go back to your CC company and have them cancel the order.

Your credit card compan likely rejected the transaction. Happens alot as the transaction is an International transaction and many credit card companies will not authorize them without your direct consent.
When you look up your order using your order number on their site what does it tell you ?

What order are you trying to cancel when your credit card was not charged.

some CC companies can take a whole week to show a merchant txn

When you look up your order using your order number on their site what does it tell you ?

When I log on to check the status it says to wait 24-48 hours or see if my card has been charged.

I just want to reorder but don't want to pay if they withdrawal twice. I will ask the bank if any charges were blocked
