Order number?

I tried to change the mac and now they are asking for the order number?? When you put your donation number and leave the order number blank it said that is required? The server is making us resellers a living hell.

Is the only way for them to validate that you are a legit transaction. you should have saved that email or transaction order number for future references. The server validation is working good for me.

Hey family i have everything they are asking for im getting a authentcation problem that pops up on the screen, i reset mac, changed mac, input donation, so any advice for me?

resellers provide the complete details and you could have avoided this. how do you track your own orders without order numbers?

will i know if your a good reseller you have all info on hand and i know some are find to get from but hard part is which one so do as i say and get one from us rocket or nfps and iks66 that way you won't have that problem unless you loose all your info so keep it in a safe place and really dont buy off resellers end story

That is not fair, MY INFO is on paper and the net,,,,and it is " NOT WORKING,,, read that there was a problem .

I have every number of every costumer. The problem is that yesterday I helped fixing like 20 boxes and not even one of them is working today.

now thats a different story i know they are working on the server but all mine are working great that i paid for is it all the same box or different ones and what are they using heck could be many thing if mag i hear some are having problems with them
