Cannot press ok on authentication screen

Hello,

I am unable to pass the authentication screen. I entered my donation number in username and password , hit ok using mouse / remote / or keyboard nothing happens. Stays on the authentication screen. I re-associated my mac with my donations still same issue. Cleared cache same issue..One observation is when i put a wrong username and password after pressing OK i does say error..looks like the OK button is working..Anyone help if possible please?

Just tried again with stb emu. and now seems to be ok. Pressing OK button working for me.

I was able to press Ok..but stuck halfway on the progress bar..cleared cache and reboot same issue..is it still down?

It's working for now but they are still fixing some bugs

Press the up arrow on your remote twice you should see the ok button highlighted then press ok.

I am able to highlight the ok button but when i press ok nothing happens, no error message just sit there...

i took another similar box that i had, tried two different emulators on it, still cannot press ok..my account is active when search my donation...is it with my account or something i am doing wrong...
any suggestion.

I got further now..i got an error message on top "Error"

i am using my mac address associated with my donation..what would be the serial number still twelve zeros?

Serial number you can choose any 13 numbers.
for error message you need to reset iptv in reseller account or change mac address.

i had that with the iptv version i downloaded the max vasilchuk from google store and it work on my box and a laptop i use

mac /s# same as Kodi DI the first that i have in kodi send ID check and worked

about the mac address when changing, if i understand correctly, i was using the mac address of my box all the time, but if i wanna test it on another box can i use the same mac address in the emulator as long it matches the mac i entered on donation site? thanks

sorry i Spoken or spook nothing is working today on emulator or the emulator for that mater on some pc 's
sad that that one day things are up and next are gone i am ok though iptv is not 100% of our entertainment package
hope not and yes you can use the same mac address on all your divices as long as you are not active on more than one divice at a time

I was having the same problem on my Ouya, the emulator wouldn't let me press OK or enter any numbers on the authentication prompt, but now I have figured it out. With the Ouya controller I brought up the on screen keyboard(top right menu) and I entered my donation code. I then plugged in a regular USB computer keyboard to the Ouya and pressed the down arrow key to highlight the OK button, I then pressed the right arrow key and held it down, the OK button started flashing and somehow that worked, I now have the emulator running perfectly. Also later on I was changing my video settings and it gave me another prompt where I had to press ok, so this time I pressed the left arrow key on the keyboard and that worked again... Probably something wrong with the key mapping, enjoy.

I configured STB Emulator an get authentication window input donation getting an error when press on OK, I went to reset iptv on website 66.iptv66.tv and same issue, please help!!!
