Hi Dara, i saw your post but can reply to it, but just an FYI, the problem is not where the link is, im pretty sure everyone was going there from the get go, the problem is when you SUBMIT a MAC change it takes you to a login page.

Yes...it's taking us the the reseller login.....and none of us are resellers with passwords or usernames

They're definitely working on it. I went to link a Mac......and the screen is different it asks for rout number and order number.....but it still goes back to sign in screen after you try and change your Mac .
