Did anybody get the user name and password to work?

Seems like alot of poeple are having issues ( like me). if you got it to work what did you do.
I have my order #.
I see alot of poeple taking about a donation number so im guessing they are both the same?
My order number starts with 6821xxxxxxxx.
I have had it for about a year and my routes have been working great till this hole user name and password BS..
Now I cant do anything tried link mac but asks for a registered account... WTF is that..
Any help please.

Ok finally got it to work.
I was being told its ur donation number which is ur route number that is linked to that device / mag 254.
So all i had to do was add my route number for username and password. But I will say There is major freezing.. I going to have to say its from everyone tring to log in.

doesn't work for me. I still get error' invalid email address' if I use my router number.
If I use email, I get invalid combination.
WTF fuck man.

Is ur route number linked to that Mac address? It should be. Since while back they made you do it. If it is all you need to do is use ur route number for login and password on the mag254.
