i honestly typed in the correct donation # on 9 mags today and they all came back with Error in red does anyone know whats up its been like this since this morning need help and yes i saw the other post but seems like it was server and now everyone is getting back online except me and few others

Try to re-link your MAC address.

Something of importance - Each Donation # needs to be linked to the proper MAC address otherwise you will have the error that you speak of.

I have used the donation number that is link to my donation number I have rebooted my box and I still get a error how do I re-link my mac address

CONCURR, so for the entire list of nine boxes make absolutely sure the link of mac to donation is precise or you will not watch any like its happening now----i probably spoke too soon about the improvement as that is left to be seen but hasn't fully occurred for me yet seeing that the box still freezes and glitches on the high traffic channels like CNN 342 etc.

You need to look up your Donation number with either NFPS/Rocket/IPTV66 and then clear the MAC and add it back to your donation. Then reboot your unit and try again.

yea do what he said i had to do that a a few friends boxes and some just work

So after you did the "IPTV Reset" Make sure you are associating the proper MAC address from your MAG to the appropriate Donation Number otherwise nothing will work.

You can't just put any donation number on the MAG because it's looking for the MAC associated with it. Does this make sense?

New user here, so please be patient

I did not receive an email when I paid on iptv66.com - I just kept trying and a few days later it worked. Now I have a screen asking for authentication. I don't know what my route/donation number is. Would someone be kind enough to walk me through what I need to do step by step (and in non-tech language?)

Actually guys i got it for those that are getting the error so i downloaded the emulator then used the same mac address as my mag turned off my mag first then when i did it it worked now i tried again with the other 8 mags first with the box didn't work then moved it to the emulator and it worked

Same problem here... I dont even know where to imput the password/ username... cause they did not explain where to do that... I cant load iptv stalker... and im vere unhappy with that.

i entered my donation number on the authentication dialog box when i press ok..it wont go away..stays on the authentication dialog box..any clue anyone?

Each time it's saying immediately "stalker client connexion network error".

I tried clear all cache... still the same

An idea ?
