I tried to turn my 254 box on and it was dead so I re-booted it it loaded up and at the last page with the horizontial barber pool the page askes me for a log-in and password I have never seen this before and I have never had a log-in or password do you know what this is about,my other box a 254 also stopped working last week it will not load me donations two of them are good till august I e-mailed the provider but I have got no response.

When you purchased service you should had donation number that is your username and password,if you bought from reseller contact them as we do not support resellers here.

In your e-mail, it is a 12 or 13 digit number. Use it for both your username and password.

Look in your email for donation number its located with your order number,donation is your username and password.

I never received an email with my order. I never received a donation number. How can I look it up?
