Android Box Username and Password Input Issues

I configured my Android Box with STB Emulator and I cannot enter the "Username and Password" when prompted. I navigate with my mouse over the box, but there is no way to enter the info. I've experienced this with my android box and firetv... Any suggestions?

I'm having this same issue. Cant seem to be able to type anything into the Username or Password fields even with the keyboard on my gyro remote (I have confirmed that the gyro remote works on all my other apps)

click the first line of the pop up with your mouse then go to upper right corner, click or double click and look for *keyboard* then type it in

I'm not exacly a noob either but I can't figure this one out. The keyboard is zoomed in so that I can't see all the numbers. I tried changing the aspect ratio but got no joy.

guys, on your remote click on the up arrow button off the OK wheel...and the keyboard will show up and then once you are done with first box entry exit out the keyboard and then click the down arrow (button) to get to the second box once in there you will need to click (if memory serves) the bottom or up arrow to get the keyboard again...

dont bother with the mouse over off your gyro remote to open keyboard it wont work

be warned its very tricky i had to enter really fast otherwsie it may kick you out mid way through and a HUGE black box appears and blocks the view of the boxes to enter the rest of your info..if that happens just exit out app and re-open app and start again...its a pain in the you know what but i got used to entering it super fast now, so... gl

Finally made it to point where I could enter the donation number. Thanks for that... But what's the trick to getting the "OK" button to register?

I have Fire tv and I am using STB Emulator an it ask for user and password I know need to enter the 13 digit donation number. But every time enter the numbers I get an error. I have double checked and I know I am entering the right numbers, Can any one tell what going on

I'm getting the same error on tor right corn in red. I'm just waiting for another update.
