Stuck (ie password)

I have had nfps iptv since before they were asking for donations. For some reason I cannot find the email with the authorization (password) for when they start requiring it (tomorrow). I have emailed them with the mac address of my MAG 254 asking for my password but have not heard back. Any suggestions, other than getting a new sub?

You message them stateing the e-mail you used, asking them to send you the order again to the same e-mail and they will apply. I had to do the same.
