Channels not showing up

I just bought the a rocket from http://iptvrocket.is/ . I got the email with my username, password. I was able to update the MAC address by searching for my rocket on this website- https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket. I added the portal in Mag 254. Portal loaded up but every channel section is saying 0 Recordings. Also, I do not see any section for Movies.

Note: It did not ask me to enter portal username, password since I added MAC address on the website.

I just rebooted the device and now I am stuck on blue screen where its trying to load the portal. Progress bar is not moving at all..
