Just got a message on tv ....IMPORTANT: Starting February 1st a user name and password ( donation number) will be required to access to this service. Can someone tell me where I will be putting in this information please? And thank you!

It will prompt you to enter it some point tomorrow. Enter donation (aka rocket or route) it is both username and password.
