hello, i paid for service last weekend. Credit card has been approved and charge went through. And still no donation number or email. website checker still says wait 24 hours. Can I get some help please, I want to watch some TV this weekend

And also my credit card company charged me a foreign transaction fee. Anybody else get charged that?

Soon as the email came through, followed the link to set the MAC, where you need to ensure the first 3 octet's are set to 00:1A:78:xx:xx and the last 3 octet's (xx) are the last 6 digits from YOUR MAC address on your box, ensure the server portal is to wherever you purchased your IKS, and bosh....you are up and running. As easy as that 👌

Did you get charged a foreign transaction fee? And 8 days and counting for me

bit odd my bank said 3 days ago they paid it 12:51 dollars why the extra .51 i dont know it equated to 9 POUND 9P BUT today when they took it it says 8.65 which i guess would be 12 dollars , maybe a different exchange rate today who knows im not gonna argue over 50p why how much was yours ?

alot has to do with the method of payment.
One guy mentioned debit card. That works good cause it is straight from your bank (already authorized by you) and straight to vendor, no middle man process of varifing the transaction and international thing and exchange rate and etc..
Same way if you first talk directly to your bank and get them to pre-authorise your upcoming transaction. Then them people that done it that way always seem to receive results within 24 hours or so.
I know that it should not be like that and all transactions should go thru in a timely manner, but ....

I've been waiting for 2 weeks money was taken out the first day and still no email from them I checked my spam folder as well their just taking our money and not giving us our donation information .. They really need a better way to issue our donation info .. They don't respond to our emails for help either .. I think 2 weeks is a long time to wait on them

yes it is. Two weeks is way too long, I agree with that.
But even thou the money was shown to be moved, it stopped at the portal till verified or whatever may take place.
You see, at that point the server admin and their accounts only see the order number your email and etc...They do not see the actual payment yet.

I have been super lucky. I received the email with my donation number just one minute after I paid.

But it looks like their customer service is horrible. They know you cant do anything about it so I guess they dont care as long as you come back in the future and pay again...
