Same issue here. remote is worthless.Yes i agree with that, does not work most of the time. and have to use wireless mouse. Worst remote I have ever had! It might be the software either in remote or box or maybe both but they sure need to fix it what ever it is.

I use this remote the only bad thing is i can not turn the box on but then again i never turn it off so its a non issues unless my power goes out then I just use the oem remote to turn it on only!

the remote was a piece of crap got a tv online plus the remote is much more responsive, i think it is just the fuse boxes that have that issue

I have the fuse and it still is responding poorly it wont change channels half the time and load the channels I dont know if you guys are still having issues or not can you let me know if its just my boxes.
