Dreamlink T6 EPG not available becuase date and time wrong

I'm using the IKS on this box not the IPTV feature

For some reason it resets itself when the box is restarted to 1/1/1970 with a time of 7:00PM

Anyone having the same problem?

Did you put your time in the box to begin with?

My clone T6 did the same thing. Some how it eventually set itself. But the EPG still isn't working.

Clone EPG will work if you have date & time correct , here's how to set date time system>Android settings > Android settings , schrol down to date & tome then change it save exit .

Then go to > TV > EPG let it load up you'll have EPG.:)

I have been trying to get epg on the T6 i finaly got it i use to use Disquit 1.0 now i use Disquit 1.1 and it came right in so who is having trouble could try this

If the date and time in your T6 come up as 7:00pm Jan 1 1970
using the auto time settings(and wont update on soft reboot) here is how to fix it:

1. Determine the ip address of your T6
2. Log into tvheadend using your T6's ip. ie: hxxp://192.168.1.26:9981
3. Click the Configuration tab then the General tab below.
4. Check the 'Update Time' and Enable NTP Driver boxes.
5. Click save configuration.
6. Wait for it to update or do soft reboot.

If your time is still off double check your time zone settings.
