Channels load but won't play

Hello my donation is good and I've had this problem before and I was told my Kodi needs to be updated and stalker also after that worked perfect for a month and now I'm getting fail to auth error and not sure why the channels load but won't play it cost me 20 dollars cnd to get it updated am I doing sumthing wrong !
