Mag254 Update

I saw on here that there is an update for the Mag254 but when I tried to update i get the following message:- status Invalid File Header
In the Software Update page in the yellow box headed Update Method there is just HTTP
and then the URL box has http://firmware.wooow.tv/254/imageupdate, and when i press ok i get the status invalid file header message
What am I doing wrong?

it is a clone update (at a guess) and you should be asking your provider what to do
