Hi everyone i just receive my avon vixo 2 .its beautiful:) . the problem I'm exsperience is that, its out of sink only by a second or so. i tried 2 different tvaddons . Phoenix and 1channel. but was out of sink on both. i was watching the blacklist. could it be my box or is it the material that i was watching. what is my options can it be fix. please help

10meg line . and i don't use wifi i use a ethernet cable.

you should have np at all a few movie apps yes but it them most of time

i have a paid subscription for online tv .i get the same problem there.cant be the box or my HDMI cable

Do a reboot if problem is still there try a different cable.

ok tried that still same problem. what i did was plugged it directly into a different TV and it worked. the other tv has surround sound connected.i don't know how that have a impacted on the sound but i think that is the problem. thx guys for the help
