i cant link my mag 254 to server rocket any more i checked mac and donation on line and they are ok i use 11.iptvrocket.tv the candy bar keeps loading forever.

when i go to the website it ask me if u wanna upgrade but i already activate with donation and mac and the box was working before

with the Mag254, use the http:// prefix in front of the server URL
http://11.iptvrocket.tv
enter it like that in Portal1 URL slot and then reboot the Device thru the Settings menu

Is the MAC correct at the papiao site ?
And after you entered the correct Server URL, (with the http:// added, did you reboot the receiver thru the menu option (Device Reboot) ?
Is the blue loading bar appearing ?

yes i did all that buddy the blue bar keeps loading forever i did reboot 3 times when i go to papiao to check my donation number tells me donation good for 296 days and icon in the bottom asking upgrade to iptv/iks but no link to link my mac address and when check my mac on the site again tells me mac address good and ready to join.the question is how do i re link my mac to my mag again?

Use the correct addy for your service.

NFPS --- https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps
Not giving you the option to change MAC addy is kinda disconcerting.
Are you using the correct server site as shown above ?

I got your message and yea... I see the same thing. It's like you do not have IPTV connected to your account.
What happens if you click the update option and enter the email you used when you bought, and the code and MAC?
Where does that then take you?

this could be the issue.
He would have acess to that code and email he used and no one can help except that reseller.

the problem with your account is that it no longer is active with the IPTV side of the server. It is active with IKS , but not IPTV
I do not know why or how that could have happened , unless the code was only good for IPTV for a short time and now is only good for IKS
That reseller would be the person that would know that.
Problem is too that you can't even fix it yourself because it would be the reseller's email addy that was used and not your's
I do not know what else I can tell you :(

I have a very similar problem with my mag254. Everything was working normally until Jan.31, 2016 and then screen went blank when I turned the unit. I rebooted and portal would not load. I rebooted to inner portal and it did an auto update to R14 software but portal still will not load. When I boot up mag254, infomir logo will come on and after a few seconds it shows Loading in large letters, and after a few more seconds it shows Loading with message below saying to press menu button... and after that black screen. The blue bar never comes on.
I reset my mac address in papio... I did this several time, including deleting mac address and relinking. and still everytime I boot it ends up in black screen and will stay there fore ever. The weird think is that if I press menu while in black menu it takes me to Setup menu.
Any help would be appreciate it. THANKS in advance.

Similar problem iks private server, will not load portals. I have checked mac address status and it states that mac address is already in use. What can I do to get this working again?

Did You guys check to see if you have internet at the box. This could be your problem. Not because you have internet on your computer or cell phone, means you have internet at your IPTV box.
