new comer in need of help

I purchased a year of iptvrocket and have no idea how to hook it up. I have an android tv box. I received the email with the server address however when i try to add my MAC address of my box it says it is not valid. I also do not know how to hook it up in Kodi. I would have figured with a website boosting 24/7 customer support, there would be any kind of support. I have emailed them many times and more than a week have passed and I have received no help.

emails would not come in a way of receiver or TV model help
If you bought that receiver or TV then it is up to you to run it.
How do we know how, I for one do not own the same as what you may own.

Thru Kodi there are many guides to show you how. They are posted here on this site.

it wants a mac address in the form of 00:1a: and my android box is 00:0f and my pc is 00:25. I am in need of some help. I am sure there are people here who use iptvrocket and have it connected to the stalker client working. I am using the spinztv build.
