Bad or missing Serial number

I am new to this and have followed the instructions in this post

I have donated and have entered in the mac

I put the portal address from the email in portal 1 url. I filled in the mac and put random numbers in for serial number device ID 1&2 and signature

when i launch stalker and nfps it errors bad or missing serial number

use the pvr stalker nfps client there are stickys on it all u need to set up is the last 6 of your mac and your donation number it's easy as pie if you goto ********** u can download the stalker nfps cliet for whatever platform u are running android/windows ect..
