Help with my mag254 please!

I have tried and tried to get password and user in but cannot get the screen to come up to do it. When I follow directions and get to the loading bar it loads and like normal not showing anything and then goes to main menu. I have had my mag connected to my donation # for quite some time thru the rocket. Can someone assist me in what to do .
I have managed to update the new software r14.

try linking your mac address again to your donation,and see if it works.

if it shows 000000 only you need to link it again.

do what nada233 said try that they are having problems with mac address you may need to do it a few times thats if your box was working before

My box is working now. No problem there. I had that message flashed only once and not again. Will I still be good after Feb 1st as is? Or-- will I have to enter user-password on the mag. And if I do have to enter the user-password, where do I list it and how to get there
