what if the order number not there in 192 or 330 list as papiao saying..

Papiao.tv saying Order number should be start 192 or 330.but My order number starts with 460.what should I do??

If you meant the donation numbers, mine do not start with either string. I would not worry if you dealt directly with Papiao.
