box is blocked

My TVonline box says "Your box is blocked, please contact service provider" when it's trying to connect to the server. Can anyone tell me why and how to correct it? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Was working fine. Now can't get anything. Contacted Papiao but no response. Any help from the moderators would be highly appreciated.
