HI guys,

Is there a way to speed up the guide?

I'm running Minix Neo X7 with custom Rom

While watch TV and trying to access full guide, the video freeze for 5 seconds before the guide load.

Thanks for any help.

1. disable all channels you dont watch using the channel manager.
2. make a small group and fill it with common channels you watch. the smaller the faster.

EDIT: Psycon beat me to one solution. :)

There are 2 different options for the guide: the 24 hour is better for setups with less power as it only has the name and not a full guide description whereas the 72 hour has a FULL description. Sounds like you would be better served with the 24 hour guide (fname/NFPS1).

What about trying the emulator for live tv?
