For MAG units:
When your Username/Password Authentication is implemented I suggest rebooting your device.
If IPTV66 is your only Portal, your device will automatically boot into the IPTV66 Portal. If you have multiple portals select the IPTV66 portal, and it will load.
You will now see the Authentication Bar load up in the background, but you will now be prompted to enter your Username (Donation #), once you enter that hit OK.
You will now be prompted to enter your Password (Donation #), once again you will have to hit OK. In some cases it will look like you have entered your Password incorrectly with a red "X".
This is ok, all you have to do it reset your MAG device at this point, and reload the portal. The Authentication Bar will pop up on the screen and will load like normal into the IPTV66 portal. You should only be prompted to enter your Username/Password (Donation #) once per MAC change. If you are prompted for your Username/Password more than once it is likely you have entered the incorrect information.
A reboot is recommended after Authentication details have been entered in correctly.

AVOV units:
If you already have the IPTV66 server information in your device, go to the settings area where you enter all your Portal information to log into IPTV66 servers.
At this point all you will have to do is edit your current information and hit the "Use Credentials" field and this will give you access to enter your Username/Password (Donation #). Save your information and reboot your device. It should connect without issue at this point.
As for specific details on AVOV TVonline V2 / AVOV TVonline+ / AVOV VIXO 1 / AVOV VIXO 2 I would suggest looking in the AVOV section on the forums for further assistance. The above information is the general guide to adding Username/Password Authentication to those units.

Well isn't this special! Donation#?? Just what number are we talking about and where do I find it. I normally delete all emails and information regarding FTA/IPTV, etc after use.

It could take a couple of days for them to get back to you, but if you don't have your donation number you will be without TV. Look around the site or get in contact with a mod for assistance on how to recover your donation number.

Is the donation number the order number? if it is, its not working for me plus its 16 digits long and not 12.... Now I'm locked out and it wont allow me to retry.

OK, well I have the email from when I made the donation today and there is no donation number attached. The only thing I see on the email is the order number plus the route number. How do I acquire the donation number? So why wasn't the donation number included in the email?
It's kinda stupid to provide all the information in an email for the service except for the donation number. How are new customers suppose to start using the service, instead it becomes a hassle and a waiting game. IPTV66 had mentioned change on February 1st a month ago, did you not think of this issue?

Hmmm. You might not be using an approved emulator, or at least one that was posted on this site. It shouldn't be asking for your email address. Also, this thread isn't about the STB emulator.

I think you need to be more clear. Stb emulator doesn't ask for email. So where are you being ask for email.?

I'm wondering if you are trying to use iks66.tv, instead of iks66.com
The route checker is at http://iks66.tv/main/search/, but if you just go iks66.tv, you hit the reseller login.

I'm totally confused !I put my user ( donation ) in login , I put my ( donation ) in password clicc OK,and upper right hand corner ,RED ERROR appears, what am I doing wrong ? I have asked this several times and I still haven't got an answer !:confused:

Weren't the service providers able to warn us about the 1st February authentication date? I don't think I have seen anything for the 2 donations I made.

I don't think they would have to since you really shouldn't discard any information that is sent to you. If you buy a stereo, do you through away the bill before using if for a month or a year? you should always keep everything that you have paid for just incase.

I wouldn't want them to keep my e-mail. It has been in announcements and talked about for 1 month.

Maybe in the future we will send you a letter in the mail advising you of any future changes with a stamp on it, would you prefer that instead.

He would be more than happy with that, but an email would have been more than enough ;)
The service that they provide might be good and it could be cheap as hell, but the customer service is nonexistent.
Let's face the reality and stop attacking users for being mad because theydon't receive reply to their emails, their donations are activated days or weeks late, etcetera, etcetera...
But at the same time I think that anyone who have been reading the forum during couple of hours should have noticed that their customer serviceis horrible, so although I totally understand the customers that are pissed off I don't understand why they are surprised....

You guys are not alone NFPS,ROCKET and IKS66 has some serious problems when they changed over Feb 1. Hang on and they will get all fixed soon.

Hi all. Am having issues. At first it was the login and username tab. I enter the donation number but i get an "error" on the same tab. I changed the mac. So it worked but i kept getting "authentication failed" on the live channels. The vod worked. So i read that the issue is the MAC. That it needs to start with 00:1A:78 and not 00:1A:79. So i changed the mac. Now am back to the first issue where i can't go past the login tab. Kindly help.

When i enter my user/password it says error on the authentication recently my other mag 254 didnt work so i purchased a new one and i still had 320 days on my subscription so i liked the new mac to my donation number and it says its ready to join when i use the mac checker

Try logging into the Papio site from your computer and use the reset IPTV buton and then click ok right after on the username and password on your box. Worked for me.

My donation number was also 12 digits long and it must be 16 to login. I contacted iks4less and they were very helpful. Just added four 0000's to the end and got in no problem. Email address and 16 digit donation number

Maybe some advice? Reading through the threads and can't find much. I'm a reseller, on the latest version of emulator. I went to my page and reset iptv, then I log in and put in my donation numbers, the yellow bar loads, but black screen on all channels. Is this me? Or the server? I'm reading different things from different people so I'm not sure which it is.

Why is my box (mag254) is not loading the bar, it just keeps on rolling....the other day I already put my log in/password and it went up fine... but the ff dayit went like it, not loading the bar, what could possibly wrong. I went to check to papiao but can't get in with my order number, I just paid for the code for 3 weeks.(for 6 mo) Please help.

Hi everyone , I'm new to Iptv I have used iks for a long time but decided to jump ship. All was going great until this password /login issue. I'm having the same issue as many . I enter in my donation , 13 digits in both fields user + password and get a red error in the top right corner. Has anyone solved this issue . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have one that is doing the same thing as you described , two others are giving me a error. I hope they get this issue fixed soon .

Just coming back to my earlier post. When I purchased the 2 subscriptions for friends that are not very tech savvy I wasn't warned that I would need to monitor a website for the next 12 months in case the provider made changes. When I buy most goods and services it doesn't require website monitoring either. All I was trying to say is that the providers are clever guys so why not send out emails to their subscribers. It is obvious from this thread that MANY users don't spend all day monitoring this website.

Ensure your Mags have the latest r14 file onboard.
Use the full URL with the Mag boxes, with the http included.
example for rocket and the Mag

I am hoping someone can shed some light. I recently got a new donation from a local reseller . long story short he lost the donation codes so hr gave me a new one. Problem was my Mac was still on the old donation. The reseller asked me to get in touch will iptv66 support and ask them to release my Mac. So I took pics of my Mac and sent support a message to release my Mac . Few days later they replied saying it was done. Got back in contact with my reseller to him it was released but is telling my when he adds my Mac and tries to save it , it actually delets it and says my Mac is already in use. What can I do , my reseller told me to get in contact again with iptv66 support and ask them to release the Mac again

Would you please clarify the step (reset your MAG device at this point), do I have to bring it to the factory default and then reset MAG again from scratch?

Good Day, I am having the same issue, want to believe the IPTV providers haven't updated the programming for the MAG boxes on their system. Probably it because, the amount of boxes (MAG) is less so its not a PRIORITY. Was working fine before 1st FEB
