Username and Password required by 2/1/16

I was told that in the announcements section that we need to go in here to put our order number before Feb 1st:

this will get us our new required username and password. But it states that our order number should begin with 192 or 330.

I have iks66 and all my order ids begin with 682?

Please advise.

Okay got it. So the route number = the donation number which equals the username and password.

My users have Mag 254s, but not sure where to enter that username and password, or will the box be prompted on 2/1/16?

Does anyone know when the software update that will require a user name and password for the mag boxes will be released?
