Nothing wrong with my internet but my Avov will only show wireless hookup.......It does not see the wired connection......direct from router....if I hook up my xbox or laptop to the same connection it sees it fine.....
Check that the little copper wires in the port are aligned correctly and maybe a different cable yet? Have you disabled your wireless to try too, remember mine used to prefer the wireless for some reason when it was available.

tried different cable and the copper wires look fine on cable and the box.this worked with wired connection since I bought the box last July...It would always show ...the little icon for WIRED

Already being worked on, have been trying to approve them as fast as I can till it's fixed.

A factory reset with the avov is fairly easy process. If you need help just let us know but I think that would be your best bet.

only other thing is turn box off for few hr unplug it

I went ahead and factory reset the box and my Wired connection is now working.............Thanks to all for your feedback and help.....
Glad you gots it floder, I also hate to reset my box but have needed to a few times so far. Don't connect wireless back or you may need to start over again, again
