In Canada I used to watch it on CFCN or CFRN

Great, thank you. I see it at 2PM in the EPG and I am in Eastern Time (Toronto). I'll have to check my settings.

EDIT: yeah, looks like my Guide is off an hour. Is there an easy way to fix this?

Set the proper timezone/daylight savings info
In the pvr settings, I have it set to Eastern already (America/Toronto). I changed the link to the guide from a 4 to a 3 but didn't seem to make any difference.
