Had something strange happen. Was watching something in Phoenix & all of a sudden phoenix shut down & wouldn't do anything. Closed out to the home page to reopen it & the add on wasn't there. Went in to video addons to find it & reopen it & its not installed. Tried to reinstall it but it keep coming up saying install failed.
Anyone know what happened here?
Has been working fine until now.

manually delete the plugins folder from addons and userdata using the filebrowser

This happened on my desktop. Its working fine on my Android boxes.

Here is how you remove an add on.

To add it back in go to system then into your repros.
