Newbie question on Mag 254

I followed the set up process and it worked great and I have tv.
I was wondering were to fine the PPV movies.
I looked in Video club and looks like that's the only place.
However I tried to watch a movie "The Martian" but it had chinese subtitles.
Is this the only place to find PPV? ... thks
