mac address question for rocket registration

i need to re register my mac address with the rocket server. there is no mac address listed on the sticker on the box and when i look at the system information menu in the box it does not list a mac address either. it has a serial number but it does not have colons ( : ) . how do i find or what do i resgister with the rocket server? thanks

open the TVOnline app and you'll see the mac shown in top right hand corner
