Mag 254 favourites

Hi

I recently bought a mag 254 and signed up with premium-iptv, all works fine but when j try and favourite channels by putting the star next to them the star disappears when I go up or down a page or leave the channel list, any ideas what it could be?

most likely the service doesn't support the 'favs list,, & only 3 svcs r supported or discussed here according to site rules.. good luck with it..:)
