No email after Donation

It's been 2 days since i made my donation and i've yet to get an email regarding my route number etc.
could any of the mods help?

ive ordered at least 5 routes in the last 2 weeks... the last today and have had my codes within 3 minutes sent to the e-mail i entered.never have i had problems with 66 and always use a prepaid visa..been with them from the get-go.

May also depend on payment method. Its possible that some payment methods are not as quick and they (the servers) may wait for the funds to clear before generating your info. I do not speak for them but this "may" be what is happening.

Hi their asft I'm having the same issue I order mine on Thursday and still haven't receive anything back I've been checking my email and spam and nothing I've contact them and no respond tried it 3 times don't know what else to do can you help me as well

if you got your route no. you are good to go (route=donation=subscription) if you lost the number you are screwed unless a mac address was linked and you at least have that.
search route (route checker) is the same as link a mac, it is where you enter your donation (route) to "login" and be able to change mac address, see how many days are left etc. search mac (mac checker) is to check if a mac address is already in use.

but who gave you the route no. (you say he gave me) sounds like you bought from a reseller?
