New and lost

Hi guys. I'm new using IPTV I have a Mag254 did set up instructions up to reboot. Since then is loading in a blue screen. (3hrs and going) I turned off, disconnected, restarted and nothing. Every time that I tried goes to blue screen, no text, just loading. Please help

Did you try changing the mac address on the iptv's website, and then changing it back?
