TvOnline+ Rebooting

Just got my Avov TvOnline+ (Red) yesterday & activated the account, not the first one that I own, but this one every time I go to kodi or tvaddons apps or even on the VOD it start to reboot.
Not sure what it is but any help i will appreciate it.

Just notice about the new update on this unit, will update & be back with results.

cool think you will be ok check to make sure you on internet too if it update you are on

Just updated the unit & when I go to the tvaddons app and then go to an app it reboots.
Still having the same issue.

just do a factory reset after updating the box ,than start to download the apps you be ok

Still having the same problem, unit is rebooting after opening tvaddons app.
Follow vicvan instruction & still no luck.

if nothing is downloading it has to be internet as asft stated

after you did the factory data reset did you get the 4 yellow bars to load the tvonline

sometime in the last month dare was issue with avov server to download the apps ,it was fixed
did you try to move the unit to another house and try dare and see what happens if work dare than its your internet if not time for replace the unit under warranty

Try in a different house with a 50mb speed internet & still the same.
My other unit works great.

Is not the internet tvonline works good & VOD.
Kodi is the problem, when I load it, it reboots the unit.

I'll try to get the unit replace, just got it about a week and a half ago.
