I have had my mag 254 for several months and have not been able to use it, today while trying to do something else I discovered that my donation has the wrong Mac address. I have never used the donation, how do I change it.

go to your providers donation site and link your mac...

Changed Mac address, portal still will not update, stays on spinning blue line.

Since you say you never got it to work I Dunno if this is always the case but when friend got a Mag 254 it sorta had no Software/Firmware installed try doing a Firmware Update see if it loads then.

When I try to update it says wrong signature, Bios set to ntsc resolution set to 1280- 750. nan2 and I only get the inner portal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried this over and over, still no luck, I did factory reset and re-entered all info and all I get is spinning blue bar, inner portal works but when I try to update either by auto or manually all I get is" wrong signature". I have had no TV for over 2 months and any help would be appreciated.

are you updating from the inner portal??....R12 is latest firmware, check and see what you have on box...

Yes I am updating to R12. "WRONG SIGNATURE".
