All channels completely unwatchable this morning

I have just woke up (6:35 am UK) all channels are completely un watchable this morning. Constant freezing and buffering.

Try and do a reboot of your modem and router. Under an older router I had that problem quite a bit. New router fixed the excessive freezing.
