donation made 26 days ago, still no info about my route

Hello, I would like to please know about my order placed and paid exactly 26 days ago on IKS66 web site, the order number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, the email used in my order was shhhh
I have waited patiently ...but 26 is more than enough, please help

I usually don't hear back, I just assume they checked into it.
There was a delay in the emails, but should better now.
