Playback failed error

Seem to be getting Playback failed error on Mygica 1900 Kodi 15.2 when trying to watch movies on Dextertv.Anyone else have this prob?Tried to delete files ending in db in file manager data base.Read that would fix prob but still have same issue.Any help would be great.
