I'm just curious, could my isp be potentially slowing/blocking my nfps service? I notice sometimes stuttering video on my firestick emulator, also tried it with kodi on an mxq box and the same on my laptop running kodi. but i test using speed test app and i'm over 25mbs. I think I have the emulator setup as good as it can get. Most channels are working just getting some pixelation and stuttering, and the occasional freeze (in which i switch channels and go back and it works).
I just want to do whatever it takes to make sure the problem isn't on my end.

Majority of isp`s do throttle connections could very well be.

There is so many possibilities.. i think a majority of people have a bottleneck somewhere in their modem and router,, the reason i say this is because of my personal experience.. when i first got stalker it was UN-watchable for me with so much buffering so i upgraded my modem and router and have no issues like i did with the old equipment..

In my case, Telus was doing exactly that. Once I switched to Novus, everything went back to normal, no freezing. Maybe it is coincidence...not 100% sure.

Nope, I stream off other streams in 1080p as well and it works good. Internet connect is not the problem.

I don't have a choice. My town only has cablevision. Fios was denied permits to run fiber optics in the town.
