Popping Sound On TV

Just want to know if anyone else is having this problem and if it was solved.

I'm getting a popping sound on my TV when the box is not sending sound to my TV via HDMI?

getting this as well and only when connected to tv directly - if i route through my avr - no popping sound

this happens to me also with only my vizio tv on my other tv's it does not make that noise i think it has something to do with the hdmi
