Are the number of canadian channels been reduced

Hi . Formerly I enjoyed channels Canada 1 to Canada 10 on my AVOV .Canada 1 was down for a while and Canada 5 was on and off ,very erratic .Canada 1 is now back ,but not at all the same as we no longer receive LCN which was on Canada 1 and TVA has taken its place .Wish to know now whether the five missing channels will be back or not .
