This is a good one..I use Italian bacon (pancetta) when available otherwise bacon is fine..I also use a chunky sauce rather than marinara

the simple way is to bake your wings on a cookie sheet in the oven then toss them in sauce pan with your sauce...but I'll find ya a good one
