Issues with portal

Have now bought a second new Mag254..my son has now the other..and he is out of town for a while...I have input all infos like the last one..entered on portal 1
1.iptvprivateserver.tv... and get the same message as when we went pay server and cannot connect to server
also is the url do I have to be enter something and if so what is it??

Did u try and relink u mac

line 1 of portal 1 is optional..line 2 of portal 1 is 11.iptvprivateserver.tv for nfps...if donation #'s and mac is correct unplug for 15 min then hard boot modem/router then box..
