techninical difficulties

Hi, I am having freezing issues after 10 mins or longer and somtimes receive the techninical difficulties message. I can't seem to locate information what to do for this. No problem with my modem speed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

a Public DNS on your router helped one member to get past that 'technical difficulties' issue.
