How do you get rid of the " swipe down from the top to exit full screen" that appears on every thing I watch.

use the mouse option on your remote (green button above your yellow home button) then your arrows to move the mouse

Great that it worked for you you can also use a usb mouse and keyboard with it works great and saves time
