Advice?
I have a close friend who purchased a Rocket account some time ago. Before the IPTV came aboard. Account has 126 days left. Unfortunately this account was purchased from a retailer. The owner is using this account for a new Android/Kodi system he got. There is no contact with the retailer any longer. After we set the Android/Kodi with his account we noticed someone got back and do some change to his own account. Adding another Mac Address. As a result our will no longer load or keep working. So we go back to IKSrocket and changed back to the owner Mac Address. Unfortunately the guy keep going back and revert the mac to his. Is there any way we can fix or solve this issue?? I guess something needs to be sent (code/password)or added to the NFPS/Rocket code once sent to the owner to avoid this. I know it is always mentioned to buy directly but there are many out there who purchased from retailer and still we active account that need to be address., Thanks
